  • Clinic Information

    • The UPCC is for patients who require medical attention within 12 – 48 hours but are not emergent.

       

      Please call ahead to make sure the UPCC can meet your care needs.

       

      The UPCC provides team-based care for non-emergency health concerns to individuals in Abbotsford.

       

      Areas of concern can include:

      • minor injuries
      • sprains and strains
      • less serious child illness and injury
      • infections
      • cuts, wounds or skin conditions.

       

      For life-threatening illnesses or injuries, please call 9-1-1 or go to the emergency department to be assessed and treated immediately.

       

      If you do not have a primary care provider and are looking for a family doctor or nurse practitioner please register online here.

    Call before going to the clinic to confirm current availability and hours. Please note the following:

    • Urgent care for patients not attached to the clinic is available 2:00pm to 8:00pm Monday - Friday; and available on weekends and statutory holidays from 9:00am to 8:00pm.
    • Primary care for patients attached to the clinic is available by appointment Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm.
