Clinic Information
The UPCC is for patients who require medical attention within 12 – 48 hours but are not emergent.
Please call ahead to make sure the UPCC can meet your care needs.
The UPCC provides team-based care for non-emergency health concerns to individuals in Abbotsford.
Areas of concern can include:
- minor injuries
- sprains and strains
- less serious child illness and injury
- infections
- cuts, wounds or skin conditions.
For life-threatening illnesses or injuries, please call 9-1-1 or go to the emergency department to be assessed and treated immediately.

MON TUE WED THU FRI SAT SUN 9:00 am - 9:00 pm 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm Call before going to the clinic to confirm current availability and hours. Please note the following:
- Urgent care for patients not attached to the clinic is available 5:00pm to 9:00pm weekdays; and available on weekends and statutory holidays from 9:00am to 9:00pm.
- Primary care for patients attached to the clinic is available by appointment on weekdays, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Statutory holiday hours are 9:00am to 9:00pm -
