We are here to provide comprehensive healthcare to people who have traditionally been unserved and marginalized based on gender. We are a place where all women, trans, and non-binary individuals can feel welcome, safe, and respected regardless of their race, ethnicity, presentation, or sexual orientation.At CAYA Health Centre, all women, trans and nonbinary people are our priority, recognizing that these clients are typically underserved and face undue barriers to health care. However, everyone is welcome and no one will be turned away due to their gender identity. If you are in need of any of the gender-affirming, sex-positive, weight-neutral, and trauma-informed services that we offer – CAYA Health Centre is the right space for you.
Providing gentle pap tests and pelvic exams, intrauterine device (IUD) insertions & removal and Nexplanon insertion/removals, STI testing, trans care including hormone administration, PCOS and hormonal imbalances, PMDD, and more.
 In addition to medical services, CAYA Health Centre also offers:- Pelvic Floor and Orthopedic Physiotherapy, including pessary fittings, bowel/bladder concerns, genital and sexual pain, pelvic organ prolapse, chronic pain, and mobility issues.
- Clinical Counselling for mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, sexual and gender identity concerns, ADHD, chronic pain, and emotion regulation, and more.
- Dietitian services to support concerns such as eating disorders, disordered eating, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), gut health, irritable bowel syndrome, celiac disease, chronic health conditions, and prenatal nutrition.
- Massage therapy, including post-operative scar care for those who have had top surgery, breast reductions, breast lifts, mastectomy, or c-section scars
