The following appointment types must be booked by calling the office and cannot be booked online:
- Injections (except for B12 and scheduled Allergy shots)
- Minor surgical procedures
- PAP test
- IUD/Implant insertion or removal
- Wellness baby/child check-up
- Complete Annual physical examination
- Driver’s Medical exam
- Completion of forms
