Below are step-by-step instructions to set up the ability to do two things:
Book your own appointments and See your doctor via TM (tele-medicine)

In-person appointments may be made available at a later date.

Before you start you will need three things:

* Your phone (or other screen device)

* An internet connection (either wifi or cellular)

*Your PHN number- as well as those of any other family members you’d like to be able to book appointments for.

Steps to book TM visit:

• Download MyHealthAccess app on phone
• Click on “allow notifications” for now (you can always turn those off later).
• Once the app is down-loaded;

Create your account:

•  Hit Sign up and follow prompts (your email and password)
•  You must enter your PHN accurately in order to proceed and agree to terms of use. (If you can’t get past this window double-check your PHN is correct)

Create password:

• Registration complete; an e-mail will be sent back to you to confirm your account; check your email and hit confirm
•  “Your MyHealthAccess account has been confirmed”
•  Log back in using your new user name and password that you just created

Book your appointment:

•  Connect yourself to the appropriate clinic (in Victoria: Cook Street Village; in Vancouver: Khatsahlano Medical Clinic)
•  Allow location access; this will save you time in finding the clinic. (Tip: If location access is not working or you can’t find your clinic then close back out of the app and log back in the select clinic and follow the prompts to book appt)
•  Get ready for your appointment: You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment but you can also look up your appointments in your app.
•  When your appointment arrives open your App a few minutes before the appointment is ready to start and simply wait for the doctor to show up on the screen.
  *Note you can also add dependents (spouse, kids).
