- Starting at 8:00 am each day, people can call to secure an Urgent Care appointment.
- Appointments can also be made in person.

Clinic Information
The Esquimalt UPCC is for patients who require medical attention within 12 – 24 hours but are not emergent.
Providing team-based care for non-emergency health concerns to individuals in Esquimalt.
Offering same-day care for concerns such as:
- Minor injuries
- Sprains and strains
- Less serious child illness and injury
- Infections
- Cuts, wounds or skin conditions
Mental health and substance use consultants and registered social workers, offering:
- Single session therapy
- Brief solution focused counselling
- Paperwork, referral and advocacy
For life-threatening illnesses or injuries, please call 9-1-1 or go to the emergency department to be assessed and treated immediately.
