Clinic Information
We are accepting patients from the Health Connect Registry that currently live within the geographic boundaries set by the Ministry of Health and do not currently have a primary care provider (Nurse Practitioner or Family Physician). The communities inside the boundary include Parksville, French Creek, Qualicum Beach, Nanoose Bay, Arrowsmith Coombs Country, or Lighthouse Country.
Patients requiring a Primary Care Provider should visit the Healthcare Connect Registry website or call 811 to add their name to the waitlist.
