Clinic Information

• This is a unique service open to all young people aged 12 – 24 and their caregivers living in BC. 

  Foundry Virtual BC offers free virtual physical and sexual healthcare services to young people ages 12-24 in British Columbia, who do not have access to a physician or medical professionals in their community. If you have a family doctor, nurse practitioner, or local Foundry centre in your community, please reach out to them first. You are encouraged to stay connected to your existing family doctor or nurse practitioner if you have one.

   

  Physical and sexual health services at Foundry Virtual BC are provided by a multidisciplinary team including Family Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses and Social Workers. Other team members, including Counsellors, Peer Support Workers, or Employment/Education Counsellors may also be involved, by meeting with young people or co-facilitating health and wellness educational conversations.

   

  How to Book

  • Call 1-833-308-6379 OR Download the free Foundry BC application via the App Store or Google Play, or via your web browser, and create an account. If you are a caregiver, please make sure you register for a Caregivers Account.
  • Click the “CONNECT” button and then “Schedule an appointment
  • Book an appointment with a Primary Care Social Worker through the “Physical and Sexual Healthcare Appointment” option. Your first appointment will focus on reviewing concerns and health history, so we can best support you with the most appropriate next steps!
  • Don’t see an appointment or time available? Keep checking back! New appointment times are becoming available every day.
