    • Not currently accepting new primary care patients for ongoing care. If you are looking for a family doctor or nurse practitioner please register online here.

    • Our team includes pharmacists, a nurse and diabetic educators who will provide team based care to patients.
      We prefer that patients book using our online booking. We are limiting in person appointments to only those which are absolutely necessary. We are pre-screening all appointments with a phone call or online appointment prior to booking an in-person appointment.

    Hours vary, but generally as above. Telephone/Video appointments only on Monday. In-office and telephone/video appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
