Clinic Information
Not currently accepting new primary care patients for ongoing care. If you are looking for a family doctor or nurse practitioner please register online here.
This clinic provides primary care services to a specific population of patients, which includes those with complex psycho-social and clinical needs. These patients are otherwise vulnerable and require a higher intensity of services to achieve functional stability.
The Primary Care program serves adults aged 18 or older, lives in Vancouver who are unhoused, living in a shelter, single room occupancy (SRO), or low-barrier supported housing. Screening for access to services will be completed by clinic staff before the first visit.
