Not currently accepting new primary care patients for ongoing care. If you are looking for a family doctor or nurse practitioner please register online here.
Limited patient parking is available in our rear parking lot. Please do not double park your vehicle as you may be towed at your expense. Street side parking is also available in front of the clinic (until 3:00PM). Street-side parking is strictly enforced. Please ensure your vehicle is moved prior to 3PM as the City of Burnaby may tow your vehicle.
Please note: There is one accessible parking spot available in the rear parking lot, please display a valid permit when parking in this spot.
