Indigenous Primary Health and Wellness Home

This clinic is available for urban or away-from-home Indigenous clients without regular primary care providers.

Patients are seen by a member of the health care team, which may include Indigenous elder, nurse practitioners, social workers, nurses, counselor, or physician.
