All patients coming in the clinic are required to wear a mask.
We are not a walk in clinic but do have available same day appointments booked by phone at 8:30 am.
Patients should NOT to come in the clinic if they have Fever, Cough, cold flu/ COVID like symptoms.- Please review these GENERAL TIPS about how to prepare for a video or telephone appointment with your provider.
