- Walk-ins accepted. No appointment is needed to access the UPCC.
- Patients are seen based on urgency.
Clinic Information
- The Kelowna UPCC is for patients who require medical attention within 12 – 24 hours but are not emergent. UPCC patients are seen based on urgency, not on a first come first served basis. The UPCC does not book appointments.
  For life-threatening illnesses or injuries, please call 9-1-1 or go to the emergency department to be assessed and treated immediately. If you need to speak to a nurse please call 8-1-1.
  
  Offering same-day care for concerns such as:
  - Minor injuries
  - Sprains and strains
  - Less serious child illness and injury
  - Infections
  - Cuts, wounds or skin conditions
  You may see one or more of the following health professionals depending on your care needs:
  - Family physician
  - Nurse practitioner
  - Registered nurse
  - Social worker
  - Physiotherapist
  - Mental health and substance use clinicians
  If you do not have a primary care provider and are looking for a family doctor or nurse practitioner please register online here.
