    • Urgent Care is available on a walk-in basis, with patients seen in order of urgency.
  • Clinic Information

    • The Metrotown UPCC is for patients who require medical attention within 12 – 48 hours but are not emergent.

       

      Please call before going to the clinic to confirm current availability and hours.

       

      Providing  team-based care for non-emergency health concerns to individuals in the Burnaby area.

       

      Offering same-day care for concerns such as:

      • Minor injuries
      • Sprains and strains
      • Less serious child illness and injury
      • Infections
      • Cuts, wounds or skin conditions
      • Nausea, diarrhea or constipation
      • Mental health issues such as low mood, anxiety or depression

       

      For life-threatening illnesses or injuries, please call 9-1-1 or go to the emergency department to be assessed and treated immediately.

       

      If you do not have a primary care provider and are looking for a family doctor or nurse practitioner please register online here.

  • Resources

    If you do not understand or speak English well enough to have medical conversations, we can get you a medical interpreter in your language. The medical interpreter will help you communicate with your health care team. The interpreter will join by phone or video, if video is available. Please note, this might take time. This is a free service.
