Clinic Information
Dr Siddiqui will be starting February 2. He is replacing Dr Singh and accepting new patients. If you are a new patient you can register and book an appointment by coming to the clinic in person with proper ID and your care card. First appointments for new patients must be in person. Dr Jit Jawanda Singh’s former patients are welcome to attend.
