- Patients who do not have access to a telephone can attend the UPCC in person from 8:00 a.m. to schedule an appointment.
- Appointment required. Call the clinic to book a same-day urgent care visit. Phone lines open at 8:00am daily.

Clinic Information
The North Quadra UPCC is for patients who require medical attention within 12 – 24 hours but are not emergent.
You can visit this clinic with these conditions:
Common Illnesses
- Coughs, colds, sore throat
- Ear infections
- Urinary tract infections (also available through pharmacy)
- Allergic reactions or asthma (if you have trouble breathing, call 911)
- Skin conditions (rashes, skin irritation, minor wounds or itchy spots)
- Stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and constipation
- Minor illnesses, fevers or infections in children
- Infections or abscesses
- Mental health concerns such as low mood, anxiety and depression
Minor Injuries
- Sprains and strains
- Stitches for cuts
- Suture removal
- Stabilizing you for hospital transport if needed
Reproductive and Sexual Health
- Pregnancy testing and options
- STI testing and treatment
- Support and care after sexual assault
For life-threatening illnesses or injuries, please call 9-1-1 or go to the emergency department to be assessed and treated immediately.
