As of August 1st, 2025, Dr. Erin Hasinoff has retired from her family practice. She has transferred primary care for patients in her practice to Dr. Kamran Zamanpour. Patients will continue to receive care at North Shore Medical Group under Dr. Zamanpour, and the phone and fax numbers remain the same.
