Clinic Information
- Not currently accepting new primary care patients for ongoing care. If you are looking for a family doctor or nurse practitioner please register online here.
- Registered Midwives provide maternity care to pregnant people and their newborn babies from early pregnancy, during labour and birth, and until six weeks postpartum.
- Please review these GENERAL TIPS about how to prepare for a video or telephone appointment with your provider.

- Please fill out the registration form linked below as completely as possible as this helps us find you the right care provider for your pregnancy. You are encouraged to register as soon as you know you are pregnant, since we limit the number of clients we take on each month.
