      At this time, I am pausing new patient registrations. However, if you would like to be added to the waiting list, please register on the TLC website and then submit the intake form and email to granville@tlcmedical.ca (or bring in person).

      Patients home address must be in either Vancouver, Richmond or Burnaby area.

      Walk-In & Urgent Appointments:
      Walk-in appointments are available for urgent issues only and are strictly for patients who have Dr. Charalambos as their registered family physician. If you are a registered patient with an urgent concern, please email Granville.tlcmed@gmail.com first before coming in. If advised to visit, be prepared for a wait.

      Minor Surgical Procedures:
      I offer minor surgical procedures, including:

      • Skin lesion excisions (e.g., moles, angiomas, dermatofibromas)
      • Cyst and lipoma removal
      • Wedge resections for ingrown toenails

      These procedures are available to all patients.
