- UPCC patients are seen based on urgency, not on a first come, first serve basis. While we don't book appointments, we recommend you phone us at 250-541-1097 and talk to one of our registered nurses prior to coming in to the UPCC.
Clinic Information
- The Vernon UPCC is for patients who require medical attention within 12 – 48 hours but are not emergent.
  
  Offering same-day care for concerns such as:
  - minor injuries
  - sprains and strains
  - infections
  - less serious child illness and injury
  - high fever
  - asthma attacks
  - cuts, wounds or skin conditions
  For life-threatening illnesses or injuries, please call 9-1-1 or go to the emergency department to be assessed and treated immediately.
  
  If you do not have a primary care provider and are looking for a family doctor or nurse practitioner please register online here.
