Clinic Information
- Not currently accepting new primary care patients for ongoing care. If you are looking for a family doctor or nurse practitioner please register online here.
- Please call at least 4 hours before your appointment if you are unable to attend. Lack of notification or a no-show is subject to a $35 fee.
