  • Clinic Information

    • The West Kelowna Urgent and Primary Care Centre (UPCC) provides team-based care for non-emergency health concerns to individuals in West Kelowna who require same-day attention. UPCC patients are seen based on urgency, not on a first come first served basis.

       

      For life-threatening illnesses or injuries, please call 9-1-1 or go to the emergency department to be assessed and treated immediately. If you need to speak to a nurse please call 8-1-1.

       

      Care is available for concerns such as:

      • Minor injuries
      • Sprains and strains
      • Infections
      • Less serious child illness and injury
      • High fever
      • Cuts, wounds or skin conditions

       

      If you do not have a family doctor or nurse practitioner, or you are unable to get an appointment with your care provider that day, you can visit the UPCC.

       

      You may see one or more of the following health professionals depending on your care needs:

      • Family physician
      • Nurse practitioner
      • Registered nurse
      • Social worker
      • Physiotherapist
      • Mental health and substance use clinicians
