Virtual Care allows you to connect with a health professional. You can call 1-800-314-0999 or use our web chat from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week.
When you call, you’ll speak to a nurse right away who will ask you questions and give you advice. This may include being directed to the Fraser Health service that best meets your needs.
Our goal is to provide quick access to a nurse and help you find the care and information you need, all from the comfort of home. Outside of our hours, please call 8-1-1.
