Please register on Kootenay Boundary’s Health Connect Registry by calling 8-1-1 or online at http://kbhcr.ca. The Health Connect Registry is a region-wide waitlist for unattached patients seeking a physician or nurse practitioner in the Kootenay Boundary.

You can register with the Health Connect Registry in Kootenay Boundary if you, your family, or a person in your care lives in or near one of the communities of Castlegar, Christina Lake, Crawford Bay, Fruitvale, Grand Forks, Greenwood, Kaslo, Midway, Naksup, Nelson, New Denver, Rock Creek, Rossland, Salmo or Trail.

Once registered, you will be contacted directly when a primary care provider is available. We ask you to please be patient, as it may take some time to be connected with a doctor or nurse practitioner.
