The Richmond Primary Care Network team is working with clinics in Richmond to help you find a primary care provider (family doctor or nurse practitioner).

If you need a primary care provider and you live in Richmond, register with the Health Connect Registry. You can also register family members or a person in your care.

After you register, we will contact you about your needs (i.e., language).

Please note access to primary care providers in Richmond is limited by the number accepting new patients.

The Richmond Attachment Waitlist (RAW) is now part of the Health Connect Registry. If you already signed up for the waitlist in Richmond:
