Looking for a Family Doctor or Nurse Practitioner?

The South Okanagan Similkameen Primary Care Network team is working with clinics to help you find a primary care provider (family doctor or nurse practitioner).

Please note: The Patient Attachment List (PAL) is now part of the Health Connect Registry. If you already signed up on the Patient Attachment List with the SOS Division of Family Practice:

• your name is on our list
• you will not lose your place in line
• you do not need to register again

If you have not previously registered, you need a primary care provider, and you live in Princeton, Keremeos, Oliver, Osoyoos, Okanagan Falls, Penticton, or Summerland you can now register with the Health Connect Registry. You can also register family members or a person in your care.
